The mission of PILCS is to help foreigners living in Romania learn the Romanian language with confidence, ease, and purpose. Through the Study Romanian program, under the supervision of EPHE Institute, we provide high-quality language education that promotes effective communication, cultural understanding, and successful integration into Romanian society. We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where people from all backgrounds have equal opportunities to develop practical language skills for everyday life, education, and employment. Explore PILCS Apply NowPILCS is a comprehensive 160-hour hybrid programme delivered through a combination of classroom instruction and interactive online learning, providing learners with a flexible and engaging educational experience. The programme supports Romanian language development from A0 to A1+, with a structured pathway towards A2, following the principles and standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). In addition to language acquisition, PILCS integrates cultural orientation, social integration, and practical communication skills, enabling learners to confidently navigate everyday situations, educational environments, and professional workplaces. Through modern teaching methods and real-life learning activities, the programme prepares participants to become active, confident, and well-integrated members of Romanian society.
